Your scores, best results, streaks, XP, game settings and your cookie choice are saved in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device, are not sent to us, and are deleted if you clear the site’s data in your browser. They do not follow you between devices.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and games are used, from roughly where, and on what kind of device. Analytics cookies are off by default: Google’s Consent Mode is set to “denied” until you accept analytics in the cookie bar, and declining keeps them off. You can also opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
The site is funded by ads from Google AdSense, shown between game rounds and, if you choose, as a rewarded ad for bonus XP. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, and — where you have allowed it — to personalise them based on your visits to this and other sites.
Where the law requires consent, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalised ads are only shown after you agree through the consent message provided by Google’s consent management platform; otherwise ads are non-personalised. Anyone can turn off personalised ads in Google’s ad settings or at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Leaderboards: if you submit a score, the nickname you type and your score are stored by our database provider, Supabase, and shown publicly on that game’s leaderboard. Do not use your real name if you would rather not.
Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address is stored with Supabase and used only to send the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time. Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation only as long as needed to deal with it.
To monitor the site, we log basic information about each page visit: the page address, the referring site, an approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent. The IP address itself is not stored with any identifier, known bots are filtered out, and the log is not shared with advertisers. Our host also keeps standard server logs for security.
Some guides link to Amazon. If you click one, Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to us; we receive a commission but never see who you are or what you bought.
The site is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted a nickname or email, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data we hold, and to object to its use. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email support@dixonappstudio.com; we will verify it and respond within the time the law requires.
We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purpose above. The site is served over HTTPS. Our providers (Google, Supabase, our hosting provider) may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.
