How to reach the people who build the games — support, feedback, business and privacy requests
Mind Skills Arcade is run by DixonAppStudio LLC in Elgin, South Carolina, United States. The quickest way to reach us is email, and every message is read by the people who build the site.
Email support@mindskillsarcade.com. For a bug, include the page address, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device and browser (for example “iPhone 13, Safari”). A screenshot helps.
Before writing about lost scores or missing sound, the support page covers the most common causes: scores live in your browser, and browsers block sound until you tap Start.
Email support@dixonappstudio.com for partnerships, licensing, advertising questions, legal notices, or to exercise a privacy right such as access or deletion. Say which site the request is about — the studio runs more than one.
Most of what we could hold about you is in your own browser and can be cleared there. For anything we hold on our side — a newsletter email or a leaderboard nickname — we will verify the request and act on it.
If a game explanation, a research summary or a maths page is wrong, tell us at support@mindskillsarcade.com with a link to the page and, if you can, the source. We check it, fix it, and update the page’s date. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
Journalists can find facts, images and background on the press page. If you want to write for the site, the write for us page explains what we publish and what we do not — we never sell links or placements.
